Payments through our online shop can be made by major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account before we mail your order. Physical products available in the United States only. For inquiries about international orders, please contact info@epicnorthpublishing.com.

Prices are set in US dollars. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be met, we’ll offered an alternative or a full refund.

We aim to send orders within two business days of receipt of payment. If we cannot fulfill the order in this timeframe, we will be in touch. Shipping is an additional charge based on weight. All shipping is done via UPS with tracking and insurance.

In the unlikely event that your book or product is lost or damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible (within 48 hours). Your details are required for making purchases and will not be passed to any third parties.

All signed book sales are final. We do not accept returns on signed books. We use insured UPS shipping for books and will replace items damaged by the carrier once we confirm carrier culpability.
